<p>To set the record straight, hypnosis is not sleep. Medically speaking, it is a state of mind where the level of consciousness which has been altered. <p>The most positive aspect of this form of treatment is that, there are no side effects. Furthermore, you cannot be programmed by a third party to do anything, which is against your will. Another thing that is good about this program is that, treatment time last for about 30 minutes. Within those times, your mind can already be programmed to help you remove anxiety and stress which contribute to insomnia. <p>Like all forms of treatments, there are always exceptions to the rule. Those who are senile, psychotic or having an IQ level below 10 are extremely difficult to hypnotize.
