<p>The Total XLS Gym promises to tone your body without needing a machine that takes up an entire room. And, in fact, the XLS is quite small as far as home gyms go. <p>Now, when you lay down on the XLS, you are going to use your own bodyweight as the resistance. You will lay on a single glide board and you will use a few attachments to lift a percentage of your body weight against gravity. <p>Once we got on the XLS, we were able to find that a lot of the <a href="http://technorati.com/tag/exercise">exercise</a>s were hard to do, even the ones that we thought were going to be very easy. Also, the XLS does not just work the upper body, but it will work the lower body as well.</p>
<p>Now, it apparently also offers some upgrades that are not offered on the previous models. These upgrades include a new cable and pulley system, a new squat stand and new comfortable padding. The glide board is also able to support up to 400 pounds so this should be able to be used by just about anyone out there.</p>
<p>What We Discovered</p>
<p>When we first tried out the XLS, we were under the impression that we were not going to be convinced that this machine could provide better results that the other machines out there that are similar in nature. However, we found that many of the <a href="http://technorati.com/tag/exercise">exercise</a>s were indeed hard to do. So, does it really work? Well, we would have to use the XLS for an extended period of time to really know for sure but we were impressed.</p>
